If you are anything like me, making conscious nutritional choices when it comes to my husband and kids always takes priority over my own menu. For me, eating a healthy diet is part of my self-care best practices, so when I find an easy, healthy recipe that tastes great, and I can eat on the go, I have to share it!
I found the original recipe on the blog of fellow coach’s wife Christine Flores, but of course I made it my own!
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Raw Fusion Vegan)
1 cup natural almond butter
1 cup quick oats
1/3 cup honey
Mix together and form into balls. Spread on a cookie sheet and place in a refrigerator or freezer to let them set. Enjoy!
